In 1907 two cars were ordered at A
Constructora of a new model. These cars had
seven windows and transverse seating for 23. They entered service in 1908 and
were numbered 199-200. The same year the workshops of the CCFP
reconstructed 6-window car
no.46 into a simular 7-window car, which got the number 201. In 1909 a fourth car
was made by A Constructora with the number
250. As most cars they were renumbered later.
Three
cars came to the STCP of which one (112, former CCFP 179) was
scrapped, one (114, former CCFP 236) sold to the USA and one (113,
former CCFP 180) stored but not yet restored for the museum. As
the only one of this series the 113 was elected to be modernised by the STCP. It did get
extended platforms and retractable steps.
