In
1930 the workshops of the CCFP constructed four bogie-cars which
were technically equal to the Brill de Bogies. However they did not have
platforms of the Salão type and their windows could be removed
to create an open car. Also they got domed roofs instead of the traditional
monitor type. The same type of windows roofs could also be
found on the four-wheel series 300-315 and the trailer series
18-20. Smoking was allowed when the cars were
open, reason why they were nicknamed Fumistas.
With the CCFP these
four cars had the numbers 312-315. The STCP renumbered them into
266-269. The 266 left service in 1981 and the 268 in 1980.
Both went to the USA. The other two (267 & 269) are now part of the
collection of the Massarelos museum.
