Besides open mule cars, later used as
trailers, also two open electric tramcars existed. They were transformed out
of two open mule cars by "A Constructora" in 1904. The
original numbers were 41-42, in 1907 renumbered into 141-142. Since 1924
the numbers were 100 & 115. Their fate
is unknown. Maybe they finished as trailers STCP 15-16, but it is also
possible they went lost in the Boavista fire of 1928.
One is reconstructed for the Massarelos museum out of Brill-23 nr 129. This reconstruction cannot be considered as a correct copy, as it is much larger as the original cars. |
