Brill-28To get cars with more capacity the CCFP started to widen Bill-23 cars. This allowed having the seats in a 2+2 arrangement instead of the old 2+1. The seating capacity became 28. Not only old Brill-23 cars were widened, also new cars of the Brill-28 type were constructed. When the STCP took over in 1946 there were 49 Brill-28 cars getting the numbers 150-168 and 170-199. Which cars were complete new constructions and which were reconstructed out of Brill-23 cars is not exactly known. It is likely that at least the next series were complete new constructions by the workshops:
