Carros FumistasProbably inspired by the Belgas the workshops constructed new cars with the same type of modern roofs as the Belgas. Windows however were in the more American style, although not of the semi-convertible construction as the Brill cars. In stead of that the windows could be removed during the summer period. When open it was allowed to smoke in the cars, which gave them their nicknames, although the practice of converting the cars twice a year was abandoned in later years.4-wheel FumistasIn 1929/30 the workshops made sixteen cars of this type with Brill 21E trucks. Seating was for 28. Original the cars had two trolley-poles with the resistance's on the centre of the roof. Later the configuration was changed into one trolley-pole and resistance’s on the roofs of the platforms. The CCFP numbers were 296-311. The STCP renumbered the first four into 312-315. Car 315 is part of the museum collection. 4-wheel Fumista in Rua dos Clerigos around 1940

With the CCFP these cars had the numbers 312-315. The STCP renumbered them into 266-269. In 1950 (268), 1951 (269 & 267) and 1952 (266) these cars got 89 hp BTH-114 motors. The cars 267 and 269 belong to the museum collection, the other two cars were sold to the USA. Fumista-bogie at Foz about 1970
